Terms of Service
Effective October 13, 2026
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and ZENTT, LLC. Please read them carefully. Section 17 requires most disputes to be resolved by individual binding arbitration, not in court or as a class action, unless you opt out within 30 days.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZENTT app for iPhone and Android, the website zenttapp.com, and any related services (together, the "Service"), provided by ZENTT, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("ZENTT", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, starting a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service from Mexico, these Terms apply together with your rights under Mexican consumer protection law (section 17.9).
2. Who may use ZENTT
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- The Service is offered in the United States and Mexico. You may not use it where it is prohibited by law.
- You may not use the Service if we previously closed your account for breaking these Terms, or if you are subject to U.S. sanctions or on a U.S. government list of restricted parties.
- Your account is personal. It is for one person and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
3. ZENTT is not medical care
ZENTT is a general wellness and information service. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- No doctor–patient relationship. Using ZENTT does not create a doctor–patient, dietitian–client, coach–athlete or any other professional relationship. ZENTT has no doctors, dietitians, coaches or telehealth.
- Information only. Calorie and nutrient targets, nutrition values, workout plans, trends, reference ranges, "red lines" and any other information in the Service are general information to help you keep your own records. They are not a recommendation to start, stop or change any diet, exercise, medication, supplement or treatment.
- Lab results. ZENTT shows the reference ranges printed on your report and ranges from published sources. A value inside or outside a range is not a diagnosis. Only a qualified professional who knows your history can interpret your results.
- Talk to a professional. Consult a physician or other qualified professional before starting any diet or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in ZENTT.
- Emergencies. ZENTT is not for emergencies and does not monitor you. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 (United States and Mexico) or your local emergency number immediately.
- Exercise risk. Physical activity carries a risk of injury. You choose whether and how to exercise, and you are responsible for using proper form, equipment and judgment, and for stopping if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
4. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Targets and calculations depend on what you enter.
- Keep your password secret and your phone secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at hello@zenttapp.com if you believe your account was accessed without your permission.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google; cancel that in the store (section 5).
5. Subscriptions, free trials and payments
- Plans. Some features require a paid subscription. The price, billing period and what is included are shown before you buy.
- Billing through the app stores. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), under their terms. We never receive your card details.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your store account is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trials. If a free trial is offered, it converts automatically to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription, where the store allows.
- How to cancel. Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and refund requests go to them under their policies. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not give credits for partial periods.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will tell you in advance as the app stores and the law require, and a change applies from your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal.
- Taxes. Prices may include or be subject to taxes collected by the app stores.
6. Your license to use ZENTT
Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on devices you own or control, and to use the Service, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
7. Rules of use
You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Service or any part of it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, models or data of the Service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Service, or access it by automated means other than features we provide;
- get around security, rate limits or access controls, or probe, scan or test for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- interfere with the Service, its servers or other users, or upload malware;
- use the Service to build a competing product, or to train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model;
- upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful, infringing, or contains another person's health information without their permission;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity or age;
- use the Service for any illegal purpose, or in violation of the terms of a connected service such as WHOOP or Oura.
8. Your content
- You own your content. Everything you enter or upload, such as logs, measurements, lab results, photos, notes and feedback text ("Your Content"), remains yours.
- The license you give us. You give ZENTT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems, except for copies we must keep by law.
- We do not sell it or train AI on it. We do not sell Your Content, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the right to upload it. Keep your own copy of anything important; you can export your record at any time in Profile.
- Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you. This does not give us any right to your personal information beyond the Privacy Policy.
9. AI features
Some optional features use artificial intelligence: reading a lab report, scanning a nutrition label, estimating a meal from a photo, and choosing exercises for a workout.
- Estimates can be wrong. AI results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Portion sizes, nutrient values and values read from a report are estimates. Check every result before you save it. You are responsible for what you save.
- Not advice. AI features do not give medical, nutritional or fitness advice.
- Consent. We ask your permission before you use an AI feature for the first time. What is sent and how it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Connected devices and other third-party services
- Your choice. You may connect services such as WHOOP or Oura. Connecting is optional and governed also by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
- Not ours. ZENTT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WHOOP, Oura, Apple, Google or any other third party, unless we say so. Their names and marks belong to them.
- Data as provided. We show connected data as the provider reports it. We are not responsible for its accuracy, availability or for changes the provider makes.
- They may change. A provider may change, limit or end its service or our access to it at any time. If that happens, the related ZENTT feature may stop working.
- Food data. Food and nutrient information comes from licensed food databases and from what users enter. It may contain errors; check labels when accuracy matters to you.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, exercise library, reference data, and the ZENTT™ name and logo, belongs to ZENTT or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license in section 6, these Terms give you no rights in it. You may not use our names, logos or marks without our written permission.
12. Changes to the Service
We are continually improving ZENTT. We may add, change or remove features, and some features may be offered as previews that can change or end. If we remove a core feature of a paid subscription, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.
13. Suspension and termination
- By you. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app.
- By us. We may suspend or close your account, or limit access, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if your use creates legal risk or harm to others or to the Service, if required by law, or if your account has been inactive for a long period. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to export your record first.
- What happens next. When your account closes, your license ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 3, 7, 8 (feedback), 11 and 14 to 19 continue to apply.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that information in it (including AI results, nutrition data, reference ranges and connected device data) is accurate or complete, or that it will meet your health or fitness goals.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded; in those places, the exclusions above apply only to the extent the law allows.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- ZENTT and its members, managers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or health outcomes, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility.
- Our total liability for all claims related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for fraud. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZENTT and its members, managers and employees from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or Your Content. This section does not apply to claims caused by our own breach or negligence, and it does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived.
17. Disputes and arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved.
17.1 Talk to us first
Before starting any claim, email hello@zenttapp.com with the subject "Dispute", your name, your account email, a description of the problem and what you want. We will try to resolve it informally within 60 days. Both of us agree to this step before filing.
17.2 Binding individual arbitration
If we cannot resolve it, you and ZENTT agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except as stated in 17.4. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator decides all questions, including the scope and enforceability of this agreement to arbitrate, except that a court decides questions about 17.3 and 17.7.
17.3 No class actions
You and ZENTT may bring claims against each other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person or award relief to anyone other than the individual party.
17.4 Exceptions
Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and (b) ask a court for an injunction to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service.
17.5 Costs and location
Fees are paid as the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules provide; for claims under US $10,000, ZENTT will pay your filing, administration and arbitrator fees unless the arbitrator finds the claim frivolous. The arbitration may take place by video, by phone, on written submissions, or in the county where you live.
17.6 Mass filings
If 25 or more similar demands are filed against ZENTT by or with the help of the same lawyers or organization, they will be administered in batches under the AAA's mass arbitration procedures, and the time to resolve them is extended accordingly.
17.7 Opting out
You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@zenttapp.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with the subject "Arbitration opt-out", your name and your account email. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
17.8 Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought only in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction, except as stated in 17.9.
17.9 Users in Mexico
If you live in Mexico, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor or other Mexican law that cannot be waived. You may file a complaint with the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO) and bring claims before the competent authorities and courts in Mexico. Sections 17.2 to 17.8 apply to you only to the extent Mexican law allows.
18. Apple and Google terms
18.1 Apple App Store
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and ZENTT only, not Apple. ZENTT, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license to use the app is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing where enabled.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses due to any failure to conform to a warranty are ZENTT's responsibility, to the extent not disclaimed in these Terms.
- ZENTT, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, ZENTT, not Apple, is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Questions, complaints or claims about the app go to ZENTT, LLC, 8825 N 23rd Ave, Ste 100, Phoenix, AZ 85021, USA, hello@zenttapp.com.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
18.2 Google Play
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app.
19. General
- Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after they take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and ZENTT about the Service.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, with notice to you.
- Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Electronic communications. You agree that we may send you agreements, notices and other communications electronically, by email or in the app, and that these satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
- Notices. We may send notices to your account email or in the app. You may send notices to hello@zenttapp.com or by mail to the address in section 20.
- Language. These Terms are available in English and Spanish. For users in Mexico, the Spanish version controls; otherwise the English version controls.
- Export. You may not use or export the app in violation of U.S. export laws.
